Happy Thanksgiving to all of our faithful readers. We hope you are all enjoying this time with your friends and families.
This year has been one of joys and one of sorrows. We have celebrated the gift of a new life and mourned the loss of a dear loved one. We have experienced the wonder of birth and the sting of death and yet, we are aware and grateful of our many blessings.
Melany: I am thankful for my loving life partner, Jeff, who has the biggest heart of anyone I know.
My three precious little girls who fill my heart and arms with love.
I am thankful that my whole family lives close and we can be involved in each others lives.
Our intimate church family who never gives up on one another.
And the best friend anyone could ever ask for who “gets me” when no one else does and continually inspires and encourages my creative spirit.
Carol:
I am thankful for my sweet husband, Christian. He is my best friend and soul mate. Also, my three beautiful children; James, Colin and Ava. They have taught me an enormous amount about love and life.
I am thankful for my family. We have had a rough year, but we learned much about each other, faith and strength.
I am so thankful for the Spiehs family. They are the best friends and kindest people. I am so blessed to have their friendship. And, of course, I am so thankful, grateful, lucky to have a best friend like Melany. I could never have imagined that I would have such an amazingly loyal and true friend.
